In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the player except where kangbet explicitly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific market. Kangbet reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors or technical faults.

Network latency may result in a bet being accepted at a price different from that displayed at the moment of your click.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kangbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.

Kangbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon closure of an account where real funds remain and no breach has been confirmed, kangbet will return the verified real-money balance to the account holder's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Where an account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and in certain circumstances real funds may be forfeited. Kangbet will provide written notice of such forfeiture to the registered email address on file.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kangbet holds its international operating licence. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the player's country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.
